Turns out that if you run out of ornaments, crab cookie cutters make good substitutes. You all have cookie cutters shaped like crabs, right?
Why isn’t he lit up, you ask? Well like his bay dwelling bretheren he lurks at the bottom, where there isn’t much light and where he can feed off of fallen candy canes and loose buttons of gingerbread men.

i do have a crab-shaped cookie cutter. it was purchased for me by the niece of joseph a. banks. yes, that joseph. her name was penny. i seriously couldn’t make that up.
