Well, becasue today is thankgiving, I can’t post a picture of a turkey becasue it hasn’t been cooked yet. Hopefully that will be tomorrow’s post. In the mean time we have something much more significant to Maryland: Chicken. This is of course just a serving suggestion, but beer can chickens are delicious and fun. I don’t know if its applicable to a turkey, though.
Did you know that everywhere else in this country people are complaining about the price of chicken. However, here, becasue the eastern part of the sate has more hens than people, chicken is relatively cheap. That’s something I’m thankful for.

I bet if you used a tall boy of beer you could cook a turkey on it.
