Seabrook historic schoolhouse
This is the Seabrook historic schoolhouse in Seabrook/Lanham, MD. It opened in 1893, when it serviced the 1st through the 8th grade. By the time it was closed in 1953, it served as a classroom for only the 1st grade.
In its lifetime it has served as a meeting house for a community association and is currently home to exhibits on school life in the early 20th century.
